THEN JESUS SAID TO HIS DISCIPLES, "IF ANYONE WOULDCOME AFTER ME, HE MUST DENY HIMSELF AND TAKEUP HIS CROSS AND FOLLOW ME." ( MATTHEW 16:24 *NIV )

We all have crosses to bear in this life. Perhaps your cross may seen like a heavy one, however if you look around you will find others with a much bigger one thanyourself. Therefore when your "Cross" seems to heavy remember that God is there helping you carry it. After all God has said,

"NEVER WILL I LEAVE YOU; NEVER WILL I FORSAKE YOU." ( HEBREWS 13:5 )

So put your faith in God, and remember that Jesus said, "DO NOT LET YOUR HEARTS BE TROUBLED. TRUST IN GOD; TRUST ALSO IN ME. ( JOHN 14:1 ) Then let the wings of faith uphold you, uphold you indeed!

May the wings of faith uphold you
When your cross is hard to bear,
As temptations surround you,
And no one seems to care.
May the wings of faith surround you
And shield you from the pain
When sorrows overcome you
And teardrops fall like rain.
May you know that God is with you
In times of deep despair.
May the spirit, who's within you,
Confirm that He is there!
May the valley of the shadow
Provide angels unaware...

just an encouragement from my heavenly Father...You knew i needed to hear from You, tru Your word, tru the ppl around me.i needed to hear my Father's voice. not the voice of the liar, not my own voice, but the gentle, true voice of His Spirit speaking truth into my life... Thank you, Father that when my cross was too hard to bear, You helped me carry it.You brought tai ko to counsel me and to help me open my heart for You to minister to my situation... Thank you that you bore my cross for me... and when i was unwilling to bear my cross, You showed me the cross where you died for me... and that humbled me...that every tear i cried, You have cried more for me... and for every pain and hurt i had togo through, You went through more... i m encouraged that this journey i am walking... u have gone through the same path and even more...and came out not scarless.....hurt, injured... scourged, scorned....yet VICTORIOUS!!

i believe we are more than conquerors in Him who love us... amen.

may the wings of faith uphold me when everything around me falls apart.... only with You alone shall i stand....on the wings of faith... i love you, Father.
